Engineering Support for the Construction Phase

DME Alliance provides engineering support throughout the construction phase as determined by the owner or construction manager. Project services may be delivered in a traditional design-bid-build method, or design-build in partnership with a builder / construction manager. DME Alliance can also function in an owner's representative role to facilitate the procurement of complex custom process systems.
