Ensuring Product Integrity

A well-designed process ensures product integrity, a key requirement for the process industries that we serve. Successful implementation requires proper sizing and specification of process systems, including an in-depth understanding of the safety, regulatory and facility integration requirements for each unit operation. Process technology is a common denominator in all of our projects, many of which have rigorous requirements for high purity processing, containment, contamination control, product quality assurance and/or regulatory compliance.

Process Engineering Capabilities

DME Alliance enjoys a reputation for strong process technology expertise, chemical engineering and applied process design services. Our process engineering services include capabilities to deliver front-end feasibility/conceptual design, as well as detailed design of equipment, process piping systems and plant utilities. Plant startup is supported by hands-on engineers with experience in commissioning and verification of process systems. DME Alliance also provides plant optimization, troubleshooting, and risk assessment engineering services supporting existing process facilities.
