Cleanroom Design
Many process facilities in life science and advance technology markets require classified cleanroom environments to prevent contamination and control temperature, humidity and/or static electricity, as well as airborne particulates, bioburden, trace chemicals or metals that are incompatible with a process or product. Cleanroom technology is also utilized for process containment, including potent compounds and biohazard applications.
The specification and design of clean space requires engineering know-how and experience in facility layout for contamination prevention and/or process containment, HVAC mechanical design and process regulatory requirements. DME Alliance engineering capabilities are an excellent fit to this task. Core competencies in cleanroom HVAC, process utilities and process systems design support both custom and modular installations. Team experience includes a variety of applications and environmental requirements in diverse industries such as biotech, pharmaceuticals, medical device, vaccines, semiconductors and nanotechnology. DME Alliance also has experience and expertise in the design of closed systems for high purity processing.
The design of clean space requires an engineering approach that integrates facility programming with mechanical systems design to deliver a cost-effective facility solution that satisfies both process and regulatory requirements.
